After losing 140 lbs & learning the habits to keep that weight off, I have become passionate about helping others learn how to create health in their own lives. I became a health coach so that I could pay this gift forward to others & help combat the health crisis our country faces these days. My husband and I help people go from where they are to where they want to be, with individualized support & through teaching habits to create daily health in your life. We support you through an Optimal Health program, equipping you with the tools to not only lose weight, but to create new habits that will enable you to maintain your health for life.

I am a wife & a mom of a 5 year old … which means I need quick & simple if it’s going to work in my house!  The recipes you will find here are program-approved recipes that we use with our clients – healthy, yummy, simple & cost-effective. All my favorite things. I hope you enjoy them.
